Pricing & Estimates
How Much does junk removal cost in Dallas? Our Pricing is based on the amount of space items take up in our trailer, not by weight or individual items. This means you only pay for what we remove. We offer free, no-obligation estimates and provide up front pricing before we start any work. Most residential junk removal jobs in the Dallas area range from $150-$800 depending on the volume
Do you charge extra fees or hidden costs? No hidden fees! Our quoted price includes labor, hauling, disposal fees, and cleanup. The only additional cost would be if you add more items after we've given you the estimate. We're transparent about all pricing upfront.
Do you offer military or first responder discounts? Yes! We provide a 5% discount to all military personnel, veterans, first responders, and teachers. Just let us know when you schedule your appointment.

Do you offer same-day service? Yes! We understand that sometimes you need junk removed quickly. We offer same-day and next-day service based on availability. Call us early in the day for the best chance of same-day pick-up.
What are your operating hours? We-re open Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 7 PM. We're closed on Sundays but available for emergency call when possible.
How far in advance do I need to schedule? While we offer same-day service when possible, we recommend scheduling 24-48 hours in advance to guarantee your preferred time slot, especially during the busy seasons.

What items do you take? We remove almost anything non-hazardous, including:

What items do you not take? For safety and legal reasons, we cannot remove:
Hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, pesticides)

Wet paint or stains
Bio-hazardous materials
Items to large to lift safely
Anything located in dangerous areas.
Do you remove items from inside my house? Absolutely! We do all the heavy lifting. Our team will go anywhere on your property as long as it safe to do so. We do offer reduced rates if it is curbside pick-up.
Can you remove a single large item? Yes! Weather it's one old refrigerator or a single couch, we're happy to help. You'll only pay based on the space that one item takes up in our trailer or truck.
Dumpster Rental Services
Do you Offer dumpster rental in Dallas? Yes! We provide dumpster rental service for construction projects, major cleanouts, and renovation work throughout the north DFW area. Contact us for availability and pricing.

How long can I keep a rental dumpster? Rental periods vary based on your needs. We'll work with you to determine the right rental duration for your project timeline

Are you licensed and insured? Yes! Junk N Stuff is fully licensed and insured. This protects both our team and your property during the removal process.
What if something gets damaged during removal? While our experienced team takes great care, accidents can happen. That's why we're fully insured. Any damage would be covered by our insurance policy
Do you work with real estate agents? Absolutely! We work regularly with real estate agents, property managers, and landlords. We specialize in rental home and office space turnovers, helping prepare properties for the new tenants quickly and efficiently.
Special Services
Do you do estate cleanouts? Yes we handle complete estate cleanouts with sensitivity and care. We understand these can be emotional situations and work respectfully with the families during difficult times.
Can you clean out my garage or storage unit? Garage cleanouts and storage unit cleanouts are some of our most popular services! We'll help you reclaim that space and sort through everything recycling and donating what we can.
Do you remove construction debris? We remove non-hazardous construction debris from DIY projects and small renovations. For larger commercial construction projects, please call to discuss your specific needs.
Can you help with foreclosure cleanouts? Yes we work with banks, real estate agents, and property management companies on foreclosure cleanouts to help prepare properties for sale.

How do I get a free estimate? Simply call us at 469-920-5789 or email junknstuffdfw@gmail.com. We can often provide estimates over the phone based on your description, or we can schedule a time to come out and see the items in person
What information do you need when I call? To give you the most accurate estimate, it helps to know:
What items you need removed
Approximate quantities
Your location
Whether items are inside or curbside
Any Access challenges (stairs, narrow doorways, elevators, etc.)
Do I need to be present during the removal? While we prefer to have someone present to show us what needs to be removed and to approve final estimate, its; not always required. We can work with you on scheduling that fits your availability.
How do I prepare for your arrival? No special preparation needed! Just make sure we can access the items you wish to be removed. Is items are in different rooms or areas, just let us know when we arrive.
